Sunrise Strength Training

Strength Training Program geared towards the motivated climber interested in leveling up their fitness and climbing ability with an experienced coach. Expect a challenging and balanced workout regime targeting core strength, climber endurance training, and anterior and posterior muscle groups specific to climbing. This course will focus on proper warmups, strength training circuits and climbing drills that you will be able to apply on your own.

Meets Tuesdays 6am-10am

Adult Fitness Lab

LEVEL UP your fitness and climbing ability with this 8 session strength and conditioning class. Expect a challenging and balanced workout regime targeting core strength, climber endurance training, and anterior and posterior muscle groups specific to climbing. This high intensity class will include proper warmups, strength training circuits and climbing drills that you will be able to apply on your own.

Meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30pm-7:00pm
